Justin Weatherholtz has been tattooing since 1999 and served his apprenticeship under Joe Johns. It was embedded into him to tattoo anything that walks into the studio and this has carried over into what his personal “style” is, he’s known for his diversity. He joined Kings Ave in 2007 and he also co-produces Pagoda City Tattoo Fest, which is held in Pennsylvania every August.
